Tavola.co.za Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tavola, we take great pride in offering premium-quality serviettes, napkins, and tableware accessories. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Please read the policy below before completing your purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and product-safety purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Serviettes

  • Napkins

  • Packaged or sealed tableware consumables

  • Any product that has been unsealed, opened, or used

  • Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

Once the order has been delivered, it is considered final.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To report a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

4. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist with tracking and resolving the issue.
